We start our journey by empathising with the people who we are designing for. We ask, listen and observe them to understand their needs and frustrations in a better way.

Define

We create personas, user journey maps based on the research information. We analyse and synthesis insights gathered in order to define a clear and appropriate problem statement.

Ideate

We brainstorm to get a wide variety of solutions. We narrow down the solutions by evaluating them with desirability (users), viability (business) and feasibility (technology).

Prototype

We give life to the finalised solution by creating an interactive prototype which resembles the final product. It helps us to understand how the real users would behave think, feel while interacting with it.

Test

We conduct usability tests rigorously before we deliver our work to make sure that the user experience is smooth and delightful. We make sure that even the edge cases will work just as expected.

Develop

We build websites on Webflow, a no-code website builder. We make sure that the website will be responsive enough on all the devices and SEO-friendly at the same time.
